How do you choose the works you offer for sale?
We select the best works from Richard Ghost, and he choose the works he wish to offer for sale.

Are the works available in print?
All the works presented on RichardGhost Art Gallery are original works, they are not edited on different supports or beyond the number of editions defined by the artist.

What is a limited edition?
We speak of a limited edition when there are several copies of a work. A limited edition means that a set number of copies has been defined by the artist before the first sale, and this number does not vary over time. The fewer the number of copies, the higher the price of the work.

Is a certificate of authenticity issued with the work?
All the works for sale at Richard Ghost Art Gallery are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. In addition, all editions are numbered and signed by the artist.

The work is no longer available, can I order a similar one?
No,unfortunately it is no longer possible to order if the work you liked is no longer available for sale! The reason is that we have to keep an equivalence between our happy customers and our limited edition works, which are numbered. 

Are all the works presented on Richard Ghost Art Gallery available for sale?
Not always, fortunately we have already made some sales! If the work has been sold, this is indicated on the work's page. In the event that you do not find another work to your taste, do not hesitate to write to us or call us as we can propose other works to you which are not yet on the site.

Services offered by Richard Ghost

Is Giclée on Canvas available for all artworks?
Absolutely. All of Richard Ghost's work is high quality giclée on canvas and is available in major international art galleries. We do not frame our work.

I want to make a gift but I don't know which artwork to choose. What should I do?

Of course, it's a great idea to give a work of art as a gift! But it's not easy to choose a work of art for someone else, even if you know them well.
You have two options for giving a unique gift: we discuss the tastes and whereabouts of the person to whom you'd like to give a work of art, and offer you a selection that will depend on your level of membership.
Another option: you offer a Gift Card using your membership status to place the order. For each gift card, we offer 30 minutes of personalized advice, to help them find a work they like.

How to check the dimensions of the work?

Dimensions are indicated on the artwork page. In doubt? Don't hesitate to contact us - that's what we're here for, and we can send you additional visuals to help you understand the dimensions of the work more concretely.

Does the image presented on the site accurately represent the work?

The image you see on the site is a faithful representation of the work presented, but has no contractual value. We can send you additional visuals of the work on request. How do I order from Richard Ghost Art Gallery?

To buy a work in real time, click on the "Buy this work" button on any work page. You will then be redirected to the Shopping Cart. Once the Shopping Cart has been validated, you will be asked to enter your contact details to arrange delivery, and to choose your method of payment (credit cards, debit cards, etc.). As soon as payment is complete, you'll receive confirmation from our payment service provider, Stripe. We will then send you a confirmation email as soon as possible, confirming receipt of your payment and dispatch of your artwork. You can reach us by phone if you have any further questions.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payment cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc). All our payment methods are secure and encrypted.

What happens after payment?

Once payment has been made, the work is reserved for you! We call you or contact you by email as soon as possible to confirm availability and delivery times (delivery within 10 days on average). We'll then work with you to determine the best delivery date to the address you specified during payment.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time your purchase is validated during checkout. This is when your payment is authorized and processed by our payment gateway. Please note that if you use a debit card, the payment may be immediately deducted from your account balance.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course. Before the artwork is dispatched, you can cancel your order by sending us an e-mail. Once the work has been dispatched, the 14-day cancellation period begins on the date of receipt of the work. If the work has been dispatched, we will refund you only after the work has been returned to us in its original condition.
