How quickly can Richard Ghost Art Gallery deliver my order?

We generally take 2 to 4 days for production and deliver orders within 2 to 5 days after production. 
For parts made to order, production time must be added to the usual delivery time.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country of origin and destination of the products purchased.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using a tracking link or number that you will receive by email 2 to 3 days (on average) after your purchase.
As soon as it is available, you will also be able to find your tracking link or number on your my Orders page.
As we use third-party service providers, this service may differ slightly from one order to another. Some delivery companies may offer to schedule delivery at your convenience, although this cannot be guaranteed by Us.
Please note that tracking information will be sent to you by our third party delivery services.

How much does my delivery cost?

  • all delivery charges are the same for each membership status. only the prices of the works vary according to your subscription to our gallery. 
  • Insurance cover. Your order is 100% protected in the event of damage or loss.
  • You will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes and document preparation.
  • A Richard Ghost Art Gallery customer service specialist just for you, to help you with any questions or problems during delivery.
  • You have the option of choosing a Express delivery service, provided by professionals in the art. In this case, additional charges will apply.

Taxes & Customs.

Taxes and customs duties are not covered by Richard Ghost Art Gallery.

In rare cases, the delivery company will ask you to pay import duty. If this is the case, you will have to pay the bill yourself. Our company Do not takes responsibility for our customers' international import duties.

Your order will be delivered in person in front of your building or to your door by a trusted delivery company (DHL, UPS). All products are carefully packaged by the Warehouse according to Richardghost art gallery guidelines.

Where can I find my order?

As we use third party delivery services, please use the tracking link which you should receive by email within 2-3 days (on average) of your purchase.

What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

If you have any problems with your order, please contact your customer service specialist or call us on +41 793598923.
Take photos of the packaging (preferably before opening) and of the actual damage to the products. The more photos we have, the easier it is for us to help you.
Your order is 100% insured. In the event of a problem, you are entitled to a full refund, unless you choose to have the item repaired or replaced. In this case, we will arrange the repair or replacement. There are no additional charges for this.
If you choose to be reimbursed, all return costs will be covered by RichardGhost Art Gallery
